How did you set up PipeDrive to set up and negotiate deals?

Do you charge $157 per post for life time or per year?

I would have to make a tutorial on how to set it up, but in short; i have a few pipelines and on each pipeline my goal is to get them to the end of the pipeline
it's always the same shit, so my pipelines are:
- wants to buy a post
- wants post /link exchange
- shady niches
- wants to trade a service or things
- upsell buying clients

and on my deals i organize with tags;
so in my "wants to buy a post" pipeline I have a few stages
- interested
- got a price
- text or link ready
- posted and invoiced
- paid

somebody sends me an email, I respond with one of the templates
they respond with let's say $50, I create a deal and they are in the first stage which is interested
I got a first price point so I can move them to "got a price" stage since they said $50
I respond with $260 and tag the deal with "increasing price"
they say $70 max, i tag the deal with "to little price"
that way when I look at the deals i know exactly where I stand with anybody and can plan accordingly what my steps are to get the price up and close the deal

The 1 year or lifetime in my opinion is bs. Nothing is lifetime. But yeah, i sell it as "lifetime"

It would be AMAZING if you have a tutorial on how you set up and use PipeDrive for this!!

How are you getting so many leads for the guest posts?

I understand you have DA 50+ with 5k traffic and a standalone advertise page - but this is not THAT hard to get.

Is this really the thing which is generating 100% of the leads?

I am using Ezoic, it's like 3x times better revenue than Adsense (at least in my case)

Nah man, you're not stupid. But when you share your success in here you'll always see replies like "scale this shit up".

Scaling has risks and it's not always possible and you don't want to ruin the golden goose.

The reason you are making this money is because people were already coming to your website to write articles and you maximized profit on that. Doesn't mean you can replicate as easily with another website. It will take a lot of work which you might not have motivation for, since you're used to working just 1h per day.

Better try adding articles yourself. Just add an article everytime you find a good affiliate deal and see if you can rank it. Start small and grow from there, you can turn this website into a monster this way with less risk.

I have a question because I do something similar, I also had put "Write for Us" / "Contribute" on my site. For my next site I'm going to experiment with an advertise page. My niche is similar to yours.

My question is:

1. The website you purchased to start this $50k a year business, is it a Old Google News domain? meaning it pops up in news tab of google?

I have a connection that supplies Old Google News domains and having a domain under the old google news algorithm has made most of my content pop up in google news pages. Once I put my site on Google Publisher, I was able to get some articles on googles top stories which raked in quite a bit of views which would be shown here; (example)

Great story!
I was about to launch a similar project on an old domain, but many opinions I got here and there discouraged me to rely solely on Guest posting / Link selling, hence I would like to have additional points of view.

Searching also in the forum I've never encountered someone sharing his/her lost in ranking doing hard guest posting, there are plenty of newspaper/generic websites selling tons of them without any repercussion.
It looks even more remunerative than Ads nowadays and without much negative effects (once you filter the crap ofc).

Did you get any decrease in DR/UR or Organic Traffic during these years? Has anyone here got it using this monetisation strategy?
