can you do this for other niches?
Could you share a screenshot of the landing page that you use for house sellers please?
The difference for example is :
- In Germany the buyer usually pays the realtor (3% + VAT mostly)
- In the US the seller pays the realtor (the norm), so they usually have their own selling agent who they have to pay 6%, if you use your own realtor to help you with buying they will split the 6% with the other realtor.
It sounds like a really really nice plan!
Could you tell us what audience you are targeting with the fb ads?
Hey everyone I'm currently in New York on a business trip. I'll get back to everyone questions on the 14th feel free to ask away!
Definitely looking forward for the 14th!
I'm interested in the targeting you do on Facebook to get these leads for the price that you do. Also interested in how many clients a real-estate agent might get from 100 leads for $5k. (Unfortunately, "Likely to Move" isn't an available targeting option anymore)
With a commission of 3%, an agent would only need to sell one $167,000 house (which is on the lower end of things in my area). So if an agent is able to close a couple sales for these clients, then I can see this package being REALLY attractive to them.
Alright I'm back with good news! I picked up 3 real estate agents in New York. Each paying $5k/month with 10% on closed deals. I don't get 10% of the sale price but 10% of their 3%. Time to start generating leads for these guys. Its going to be super difficult cause there isn't many houses in New York... mostly super expensive condos. I don't know how I'm going to pull this off.. but if I don't I promised them a refund. Since the ads are only going to cost me a couple hundred dollars. I'm risking $500 per client on ad spend to generate $5k in for myself.
I don't see why not. I feel like it can work for any service industry. Things like accounting, lawyers, and much more.
Hi. Cool journey. How did you pick those 3? Cold contacting?
I'm impressed by your strategy, good luck!
Sounds exciting targeting a higher cap niche, will follow closely, best of luck OP!
This thread gave me a lot of ideas. Thank you and good luck! I’m sure you’re going to crush it!
I will save noobs a ton of work - avoid legal and medical - even insurance. When any of those three factors get involved you have entered a regulated market in the US and will get cease and desist letters from a legal team if you don't know what you are doing and either violate advertising regulations or even use the wrong words on a site.
Awesome thread. Follow it. Thank you so much for sharing, and good luck with these new 3 customers!
Care to share few screenshots of your running ad campaign.?
Can't you just find leads (sellers) on classified sites?
Quality of the leads is really important to be able to maintain a good relationship with real estate agents
Are you generating the leads through facebook ads?
