    Will do! Once I have a full proof system I'll share it here. I don't want to post a half ass method on here. It should be solid by the end of the week.

    Theres 1,334,668 real estate agents in the USA I'm not even worried about competition. I hope to help everyone in whatever city/state their in to earn a little extra income by doing this. I don't think I'd be able to handle 1,334,668 clients haha

    I have a quick question. Actually, I'm only at the step where I collect lead for myself and promote my own offer or affiliate offer. I do that to have more knowledge about this lead gen business and be more confident when i want to start with real business/client

    How they pay you? I mean let's say today you collect 100 lead. They pay you upfront for these 100 lead directly or they have to "qualify" these lead by calling these prospect and then they only pay for leads who are the more interesting.

    My explanation is not the best I know :)

    UPDATE!!! 09/04/18

    I've been running my agent generation ads on facebook and woke up to a lead.

    My agent lead generation page offers agents the method I use to generate sales, and buyers. None of these agents know how to build landing pages, let alone run facebook ads. So I also set up 6 follow up emails... pretty much saying hey thanks for downloading the free PDF.. I know you don't know shit about IM so let me help you generate these leads.

    I've been working with agents for some time now most of them are broke and struggling unless you find that one golden rich agent. even then their a headache to deal with, cheap low paying customers are always more need.

    you have to target the '' agencies '' these are the places housing all of the agents and charging the agents a fee

    you'll be able to get a couple agencies on board these types of companies also have more resources need and incentive to be a long term customer if your sending them quality leads

    I take the payment upfront. Set up a landing page for them then start running existing ads for them. Generating leads straight to them. They have access to the landing pages, and leads on demand. But they don't have access to the facebook ads. The leads are generated on their landing pages and its up to them to call the leads and close them.

    I guess it just depends the area you're in. Agents in Los Angeles are banking money left and right. The one agent I have right now is on Million Dollar listings. The guy closes $8-9 Million dollar deals in beverly hills. I've been sending him leads for about a month now. He's gotten 1 listing that will net him $300k on the sale. So the $5k he paid me is nothing.

    you found the one good one and the advantage of being in L.A

    you can structure the deal different

    if they close with a lead you sent have them pay a % of the closing deal and get payed through the title company, I've done this and got payed 10x more

    You say that you have a client that closes $8-9 Million dollar deals? So we can get that type of rich clients with FB ads really?

    Also what do you think of using Google Ads?

    Hey Andre, thanks for the motivation and information. I love transparent journeys such as this one because I can always learn something from them. I've been entertaining the idea of starting a local lead generation company here in Phoenix, but most of the preliminary stuff that I have been writing in a business plan is targeting lower paying clients. After reading some things that you've wrote so far, I would love to start a lead generation business in the real estate space.

    I just need to figure out how to get the targeting right on those Facebook ads to get leads for the price that you're getting them for.

    I'll be following along and taking action with you!

    The leads your getting are they call back leads from people that are actually going to buy a home .

    do you get them to fill in a form and then sell that info on .

    your prices are amazing your on 90% markup.

    most afflicates or business only pay for leads that convert or make sales ...

    your skipping the hard crap leaving that to the work force buying the leads , very cleaver....

    good luck sounds crazy , i suppose once a business crack a sale , all the staff will want the leads constantly....

    what your buget on this?
    becouse you can not have leads hanging around ,

    also your need business willing to buy the leads in the area of the buyer wanting a home ......

    wouldn't it be better pitching the home agents first to see who willing to buy before doing the fb adverts , that way less to payout.

    and also can do better adverts knowing what the agent want from there clients.

    I am pretty sure this is completly satuated in anyway of business , i bet agents get hundreds of lead calls to buy daily .....

    I am prety sure they got pro fb advertisers there not silly these days ...

    but anythink worth a go.

    Journey that I've never seen here, I'm interested in real estate but I guess it's very hard to get into?
