    Hi guys,

I've got a list with contact information of over 50k people that are currently renting an appartment/house at a real estate broker.

The list has the following information about each renter:
    - Name
    - Homeadress
    - Telephonenumber
    - Man/Female

Now I'm looking for ways to monetize this list. Do you have a good idea? Please tell me.

Sell it to another realtor or mortgage company in the same area. The realtor will use it to "sell" a house to them and the mortgage broker will want them to buy a house using them for the mortgage.

Now you can either sell all 50k for .10 each (all 50k = $5,000) to one exclusive company from each non-competing industry, or sell it non-exclusively to competing companies for less, say .04 each (all 50k = $2,000). Or sell them in smaller files of 10,000 names exclusively at $1,000 for each list.

You can also sell them to RAC (Rent A Center) because they rent furniture, appliances, etc., to "Renters". You could also sell them to an insurance agent to sell them "Renters Insurance" but many of them don't bother buying renters insurance. It's a good deal and pays for their contents if there's a fire or other damages, but most take their chances.

Renters are not easy to acquire because they're transient making them hard to keep track of. Lots of stuff, but I can't think of anything for you to actually sell them directly or whatever.

    Good luck though

Visit the craigslist forum. There you'll find some good techniques of what you can do with your target group.
