My site keep getting this message, the site up & down recently too much

Anyone know Is there a way to check if if my site get attacked or it's due to A2 hosting problem? I'm in turbo plan now
I'm getting a lot of issue when using WordfenceScan (screenshot)

Seems like your website is hacked.

Have you used any nulled theme or plugin.

It is better to reinstall wordpress.
