I have tried and failed... Like most, however that is the learning experience. I currently have $500 dollars I am looking to invest in IM and was wondering what y'all would invest $500 into?

I've operated a few websites in numerous niches with no return.

I've been reading this forum for years so please don't hit me with the invest in education line everyone seems to use. I get it knowledge is power. Been researching and reading.

Kinda interested in the idea of Media Buying but 500 isn't very much and from what I understand it is normally for p0rn and turns out... Sex doesn't sell anymore.

Thinking of pulling the plug on a vape pen store... Is that niche also gone now that there is a headshop on every corner lol.

Let's bounce some ideas off eachother

Drop shipping of some sort would be cool but now a days all I see from research is a lot of UK suppliers and honestly not profitable enough.

I suggest rebranding. Honestly it looks like the only way to start making some money easily is to take something that is used for some niche and apply it to your niches. If you are starting a space costume company, and you try and good for a space costume dropshipper you will find a ton of over priced junk, but if you look for a fish bowl dropshipper, you will have yourself a nice cheap space helm.

Now when someone googles space costumes, they show up on your website, buy your space helmet and you get all the money for it.

This is a crud example, but hopefully I got my point across.

Totally gets the point across example is a little out there... but I do see where you are getting at. That seems to be the problem with dropshipping now a days. Just a bunch of junk everywhere.

The vape pen store isn't a bad idea. You'll find that some people are too lazy to hit the headshops and you'll start getting orders in.

Perhaps dropshipping/working with wholesalers would be a better route. You can turn your website into an amazon/aliexpress shop and mark up the prices. At best, you'll spend $100 setting that up, and you can spend the rest on advertising.

Stat working as a freelancer and get an offline job if you don't have. Keep the 500 and read more in the forum. You can try an Amazon affiliate website :) Vaporizers are outdated niche :)

I do have an outside job working Thursday-Monday the $500 laying around is just something I'm trying to invest to have another source of income! I have been thinking of an Amazon aff website as that seems pretty pretty decent. I am actually currently looking in the web design section and trying to decide which person to buy one from. I've bought a micro-niche site from King Maker in the past, well actually 3, and those didn't turn out so well.

But yes, I agree the vape niche is beyond saturated now...

Sex doesn't sell any more ? Says who ? I know a couple of guys who are doing very nicely from sex.

If some ugly tub of lard can make millions writing her 50 shades of shite...... then there's proof alone sex does sell.

As far as the "sex doesn't sell" I've been promoting a website with a pretty good landing page for cams for quiet some time via social media reddit ect ect and for the work put it. The conversion rate is so low.

Why not start branding social media first? That cuts down the production costs and you can essentially advertise for products for free.

Find a good bot to manage your Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter etc.

id use that $500 as float, cant really go wrong, even if you start small, you could buy gigs from seoclerks for cheap, and sell for more on fiverr or mycheapjobs etc.

You must've stopped reading. I have ran numerous websites. Trial an error. Not giving up just looking for some input on what others would do.

So Amazon affiliate site vs Clickbank site??
