All opinions are welcome. Thank You
Start a project and only buy what's necessary. Too many people set a budget and spend their money on tools and services they don't need.
I can't really suggest anything to you since I have no idea what you're interested in, other than droppshipping based on your post history, which I'm unfamiliar with.
By the way, I moved your thread to the making money section.
Oh thanks.I am still learning here. I am actually not picky and i have been doing a lot of reading on the bhw network. So if there is anything you can suggest , it will be appreciated
I really just need something passive
Identify what you like and find a good niche about it. Working based on your passion is the easy way to start making money online.
I think you can start drop shipping. Or invest in SEO tools and start providing service.

Find 1 good CPA offer. Build 1 good landing page, with good sales copy. It should not cost you more than $100 and that includes, domain and hosting for 1 year. Buy some traffic. Cash in!
I can build a nice shopify store and help you with advertising for that money
Keep reading. If you have to make a thread like this, you're not ready. You will know what to spend money on when the time comes. All you need right now is a domain, hosting, and work.

I agree with uncutu, if you have to ask, you're not quite ready to begin a venture.
All I can recommend is you figure out a venture that you're determined to succeed in even through a few setbacks, whether it be affiliate marketing, making some sort of site, or whatever.
Also keep in mind, whatever you start, try to start it with 1/3rd of your capital, or 1/2 and be very resourceful. Like for me, I spent close to $3000 on my initial venture into the app/game business, failed, and when I started again, I finally succeeded with barely a $200 investment and got back X10 in profits because I began working smart.
So in short;
Keep reading and decide on a venture
Go 100% into said venture, no half-assing
Be resourceful and try to start biz with 1/3rd-1/2 of original budget plan
marketing and blogging are the most popular ways to do it especially if you combine them and with 500$ you can do that.
The main thing what you will get after spending this money - experience.
1) go to semrush.com and find one or some of your interested niche sites and extract their ranking keywords, for example, fishing niche, and eg, you get 200 longtail keywords from it, and low-medium competition. (you need buy the subscription but you can search online to find some 14 days free trail link)
2) go to marketplace on BHW here, and find a guy who sell 100 article batch in $2 each, so 200 longtail keywords articles will cost you roughly $400, but now, you got 200 articles in your site!
3)buy your domain + hosting and cost you less than $20 first year
4)you still left $80, build some ground web2.0 yourself, and let it age 2 months, then buy some high quality PBN links to your web2.0 or choose a safe way mode, use all your $80 to buy guest post on high quality niche related sites.
After 6 months or even less, you should see some traffic and money flow in your site, this is a noob friendly method and it is worked!
Let me tell you another more safer way:
save all your money and keep reading SEO blogs and forums till you nearly know every single details of build a site, start build a site, manual build links, let it age, keep posting quality contents(learn write articles yourself), repeat till you rich.
then next time, you should get a more deep thinking of how to use your own $500
One of the many ways i suppose
what do you like to do?
The most important piece of advice for not is "Don't spend your money right away!". Since you are new to all of this, it's very likely that you will have a hard time getting a positive return on your investment, so spend money only if it's absolutely necessary and you feel you have decent chance of making the money back with a profit. So stick to learning for a few weeks. Try to take in as much as you can. Then pick a simple method that you understand and try to make it work without spending more than $100 on it. Be mentally prepared for failures and for losses in the beginning and don't give up if things don't work the first time around. It's very unlikely for you to be successful on your first go, that's why it's important not to invest everything right away. Learn from your mistakes and be persistent.
Bing ads. I tried it and got good results..Smart way to deal is, set a goal, research a product with minimal competition. Create at least 5 split test campaigns, grab emails and keep selling! Spend more time to understand your target audience behavior..
Separate names with a comma.
