Right. This is a relaunch of an old journey that I started 2 years ago.
But I had got to cancel it.

It has been more difficult than expected.

Let me start explaining how is the service that I decided to develop, and you will easily understand how difficult it has been.

Chapter #1: Introduction

The service is a user-friendly, easy-to-use, DFY SaaS that helps to generate leads, nurture them, convert them to warm leads and send information about the leads required to close the deal directly to the inbox of our clients.

The most impressive feature is that our clients start receiving emails like the one shown below, just few hours after they signup.

1613582453644.png

I wanted to convert the leads business to a commodity, by making it simple for any user.

In other words:

I wanted a tool to make people worry less about Facebook Ads. They no longer have to worry about setting up a Facebook Ad Manager, targeting the right audience using Facebook ads, Facebook having to ban your account without prior information, having to worry about how convincing my Facebook ad copies are, how appropriate my images are on Facebook, how captivating my images on Facebook ads are, how high my CPA is, setting up Facebook pixels, retargeting campaigns, and having to hire a Facebook Ads Manager to help them manage manage Facebook Ads.

In fact, they no longer worry about SEO both blackhat and white hat.

How does the Leads Generator tool work?

After the user set up his target audience and offer, the leads generator bots send out inbox messages to people on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

The tool sends out three message sequences to acquire these leads and nurture them into becoming customers.

The three messages sequences are:

1. Invitation Message,

2. Welcoming Message and

3. Transfer Message.

( I will explain these 3 messages below )

The First Problem we have faced:
The Requirments!

Selling leads today is like an agency business.
You have to meet the client, listen to him telling what he needs, write your proposal, get your proposal rejected, write it again…. too boring!

I spend half of my budget to develop a pretty nice user interface where the user can set up

1. his/her target, and

2. his/her scripts very easily.

Guess what? Setting up a campaign is done by the user in 5 minutes or less.

This is to tell you how user-friendly it is.

The screen below is where our users setup the filters to define a target.
NLr3sDWVqku44PF4vu7eaKWL6Kvh2IZHcQ5LAnWuvzmTA2vAr8ly0W6UpRQFFNG_8ovLMfjLVbK5I9VIskEagT7H-5k3Hj-sCKMvdwYJjZWymvxQJrmu9N-zrwAlVQ

The picture below is where the users setup their scripts by filling up the blank spaces in our proven tempaltes.
Yes. That is the way.
Because when you ask a business owner or a CEO to provide the full scripts they simply are not willing to do that work.
r_hB2Upm-D8Ehy-0cVW1L_SEaY6Jm0BkjC_TU8-AHKTpRaYqbFUIdRRlgf60rb8tQ1FMGAGcGTH1HVBBX-BkNzrbbqh-S4m9kP0GfHe3qIAAMtkRGpNH_LoVJzZGNg

The Second Problem I faced:
Social Media Account Blocking Risk!

( … and why we reinvented the business model of social media automation)

Right, our leads generation service uses social accounts automation.
Why? Because it is cost effective !

( BTW, if you are in the botting game, be aware big social media sites who are constantly developing new strategies with the only goal to make the botting game more and more expensive for marketers… At my company we are improving our strategy and resources every day as a countermeasure of our enemies )

As I was writing: Social accounts automation makes the leads generation business be cost effective.

There are 2 business models today:

Business Model #1: self-accounts automation services where you have to give them access to your own personal account, and they automates it.

This is a kind of service widely provided to independent consultants and sales people, who use their own personal accounts to sell actively, so they want to automate the repetitive part.

The problem is pretty obvious: You are playing with the personal account of your clients.
What would you say your client if his social account get blocked because of your automation activities?

Too risky for me.

Business Model #2: stand-alone social automation software, where the users take care of proxies, account creation, etc.

The problem with this business model?

Too cheap.

These softwares are being sold by 30-40$, one time payment for lifetime licence.

I don’t like it.

How to provide the same service, to the same number of clients, but at 3x, 5x or even 10x of that price?

After a 2 days of brainstorming, I found an answer:
  1. providing the social accounts; and
  2. running the automation in my servers.

That is an additional value that makes clients willing to pay from $126 to $1,500... monthly.

So… how does the service work?

So, the tool uses bots hosted on our automation cloud designed to identify individuals with profiles that match with the target audience I set and then automatically sends them a message, not longer than a 250-character message for an invitation request, this is the Invitation Message.

After the acceptance of the invitation by the leads, the software again sends a message that is more elaborate and larger than the invitation message. This message is the welcoming message. If the potential lead does not accept the invitation, then the welcome message will not be sent.

No other message is sent after the welcome message, unless the lead replies positively.

Only if the lead replies positively to either invitation or welcome message, we send the transfer message introducing our client to the lead, and such a transfer message will be delivered with CC to our client too, with the contact information of the lead.

A lot of other details have been considered in the design of our SaaS.

For example: if a lead replies to the invitation message, the automated welcome message must be canceled. In fact, any automation to a lead stops as soon as we receive a response from the lead.

The reason is pretty obvious: to keep up the congruence of the conversation and get it looking like a human driven action instead of a bot.

Ok so you may ask: what happens when a lead replies??? That is notified to a real human operator!!!

Right! The service must be half automated, and half human driven.

That is another detail to consider in the design, expensive to develop, but it is necessary.

Like Uber has 2 APPs ( one for end-users and another one for the drivers ), we have developed a second APP where operators can handle the inbox of all the social accounts working for all our clients… from one single screen.

IR-LkgjiJXwtWyukV14nYV1v1AxT0AjoNQ5i-zlXqQZ2VyIOpJ2KRBJfChJ998WAllMEPkAWN4Bdxq_BsEP7FcYhi-b2JnYddklkT8kwFvFyjWWCKLYe5QaU09CMXQ

The screen above has another advantage that our clients don’t see, but is the key of our service deliverability:

It is cost effective.
It allows us to SCALE the campaign of any client.

Since our operators don’t have to login into the accounts one account at time, they see all the inboxes mapped to one screen, we can assign as many accounts as the client need to scale his/her campaign.

More difficulties came up. In my next post, I will share more of them.

500k/month in less than 10 months...Either your title is a bite in order to sell here something or your optimism is to high. Anyway, good luck.

Sorry for the delay..

I am not 100% sure if I will reach this goal in 10 months.
But I prefer to think big.

I have two questions if you mind to share: How do you warm up leads before delivering to clients? According to your client's expactation and experience what's the conversion rate they get on average from your leads?

No problem. I appreciate your feedback.

Thank You so much!

How do you warm up leads before delivering to clients?
Each time a lead asks for more information about the offer, that is considered a warm lead, and it is transfered to our clien, so he/she can continue the selling process from that point.

According to your client's expactation and experience what's the conversion rate they get on average from your leads?
The sales conversion very client to client. It strongly depends on the offer, the price, the kind of contract that our client is pursuing.

The leads conversion is usually 1% (25 warm leads after 2,500 connection requests).

I want to raise up such a conversion to 2% by adding some features that I will share in other thread.

BTW, I am going to publish the Chapter #2 within the next 24 hours!

It is possible, and scalable, but you need a stong technical background.

In my next post I am going to list all the challenges that you will have to resolve, and how we resolved each one of them.

Looking forward to it.

Ok. The party is just starting.

Closing from 4 to 6 new clients weekly myself, as you can see in the picture below.

-YybeF5BCWkmT401z-yL3pQ9OCjh1v-cm15JZPWk2PzMR9wBKaBhvQdDw8w7_Pzpmx718dLCM-mRcCkAdGqmpeWfjhbkL6MyKgnyQzNf7DR1aTwjn-WwKpfSiV30C4Ibbaf9BF5r

My main concerns now are:
  1. how to outsource the selling job, keeping up this performance, so I can focus on the engineering, expanding the production, review the QA and the business KPIs daily.
  1. how to scale sales from 4 to 40 new clients weekly, and then to 400 new clients weekly.

I will share details when I have resolved these 2 problems.

Today, I want to write about the challenges that any new freelance / company will found today in the social accounts automation industry.

Chapter 2: Why is this a very challenging industry?

The following post is in continuation of my previous post about how I intend to make $500,000/Mo by 2022 selling leads and my journey since 2018.

I want to inspire young entrepreneurs like myself that there will be hurdles along the way but the secret lies in having a never give up attitude.

Today I will be sharing some more problems that I encountered and how I tackled them throughout my journey.

Stay tuned we are in for a ride!!

Before proceeding further please take a time to read my first post, and fully understand what this business is all about.

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/5...leads-journey-relaunch.1305877/#post-14080737

The automation of social media accounts is very challenging because social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) are always trying to put you off the game… and they are the biggest companies around the world, with vast resources

Many other marketers compete between themselves, with the wrong belief that they are completing each other's for the clients. That is a huge mistake. The B2B market is vast and are clients enough for all of us. I believe this is a game where we can proudly help each other, while all of us compete together against the REAL ENEMY:... the BIG TECH companies.

Social sites are constantly developing technology to hunt automated accounts, some of which proved to be a pain in my ass were:
  1. IP blacklisting databases
  2. SMS phone verification challenges when signup
  3. Google ReCaptcha challenges when signup
  4. Arkose FunCaptcha challenges when signup
  5. Browser fingerprinting
  6. Keyboard Keystroke biometric signatures
  7. Mouse Movements biometric signatures
  8. Machine learning to detect repetitive-unusual automation performed by a crowd.
…. and more and more challenges will appear along the way.

At my company we have worked out 6 out of the 8 challenges listed above.
The other 2 are in process to be resolved within the next 2 months.

In my next post I will share details about how we resolved the Keystroke Biometrics tracking.

I hope this jouney inspire and help other people here.
