    Hi

I see many domains for s-a-l-e on GoDaddy auctions set to $50,000 +. What percent of these domains actually sell?

$50,000 seems like a large sum for some of them.. Do people really think they will sell most of the time?

None. It's either a customer sale or a godaddy sale. They are just waiting to sell to someone who want's them, godaddy thinks people will want them OR in some places you can take loss of future profits (don't get any ideas on it tho as the IRS will tag you in 5 mins)

    Nobody is buying that crap.

There are too many of those and 99,99% of them don't get sold. Just because Godaddy gives the opportunity to set any price range, doesn't mean some fool is going to buy it. You can just look at the bidding section beside the price. If it doesn't have any bids, it's probaby worthless.
