Recently i started to promote a launch. I got quite successful...i have these spots on Google: 3-4-5-6-7.
4 of the spots are youtube videos.

So far NO SALES were made!

I wonder: was it a poor product? or people do not yet know it...to go to google and search for it!

Question is: Anything like that happened to you before?

Have more than half of first page of google and no sales?

Some keywords don't really produce sales... My best advice is to open up the Adwords tool and see what the cost per click is, traffic, competition and local trends to help decide if the keywords are good for making money. Are these broad, phrase or exact match keywords?

Also is your site easy to navigate, user friendly and have good copy?

Ranking well doesn't mean or guarantee you'll get sales, there are plenty of other factors involved. Have you at least made a background research of your targeted keywords? as nazareth1983 said

I agree with both the posts above. Even if you are on the first spot, that wouldn't guarantee sales.
Sales depend on many more factors like catchy sales page design, proper payment integration, price of the product, quality product, product reviews and especially its the product which people are looking for and also the number of searches the keyword has!
So, do yourself a simple analysis by using different tools such as google adwords tool and you will get the answer yourself!

Well guys...it is a fresh new launch. No keyword tool has any info about it. The product was released about 7 days ago. So no anlytics could help me yet.
Also 4 of my spots are videos and one blogspot. they all go to WSO salespage.

    :)

Not long ago...my issue was to never be able to rank for launches(the big names always were kicking me off first page). Now i get half of google's page and no sales. :) IRONY!

Either a poor product or noone is searching for that keyword.
