You can still run our service on a newly created account, but we would prefer it if you began posting content. Otherwise, growth will be very, very difficult. It's hard to grow an account with few posts organically.

Some users with PayPal accounts from specific countries had issues with account activation. If you signed up via PayPal and didn’t receive access, you are obviously entitled to a full refund. This issue has since been fixed.
We are normally always available via our support email or live chat on our site. We could’ve resolved this issue pretty quickly if you had contacted us directly.
