I want to create 5 instagram accounts with 2 android mobile phones (3 accounts with first one and 2 with second). Both of the mobiles will be on same IP. After I create, I will be using Followlike, maybe, very rarely I will login manually.

Will this be safe and not get me BAN?

As long as you don't try to do everything in the same 10 minutes or something, you'll be fine. :p

I have 5 accounts , 4 in the same number , and one in another . And no problem for me . I get to many times the phone verification on my accounts but that's ok for me.

Every time you reboot your cell it gives you a new IP Address so if you reboot and clear your cache on phone
you will be getting a new IP every time and can do more account if you wish.
Only if you need phone verified do you need several SIM cards for each number and ip...capiche...
