My site receives 4K UV a day from search engine . related with music.
It only earns $5 a day from CPA. Could you suggest the best way to monetize?

You could maybe try selling some ad spaces?

Or try some dating offers yourself with banners?
 
If you are providing them to download the songs then try PPD(Sharecash or fileice) and along with that CPA.
 
Post a direct link and a locked link, this way should work.
 
If your traffic comes from Pakistan... I am ready to buy ad space on your site :)
 
You might try to monetize it with some PPD offers related to music, or possibly reach out to some artists looking for promotion and work out a deal with them
 
I definitely would not advise content-locking music files. You will lose traffic.
 
use banners cpm and popunders: tlvmedia, xtend, cpxinteractive accepts warez and download websites.
popunders like adcash and popads also accept warez, and you can earn more.
