404 error is a sign of penalty?

    my website sub-page is in error or it's move maybe. I did not see any contents to it.
    does it is a sign of penalty? how to solve this?

    Google doesn't have control over your pages and it's got nothing to do with the Penalty. It is a sign of a broken page.

    means temporary error you need to fix it. google webmaster maybe have send you an email for that

    Tho google gives a penalty to 404 errors, it does not cause them.. :)
