Upload a new video every day to keep getting 400 views+

It is normal for views to drop on 2nd and 3rd day because people already watched the video.

Not everyone from 1,500 subs will watch the video/be online to watch it, so the views will be lower than the number of the subscribers.

I cannot understand your English at all.
The other thing is, you might be saying sometimes you are getting 400 sometimes 10 views for a brand new video?
In this case you are not getting views from subscribers. They are outdated/unused subscribers and you are actually getting views from the youtube search. If you get lucky, your video gets 400 views, if you don't get lucky, you get 10 views. It is normal.

One simple trick that can help you reach your own subs that aren't on at the time of launch is to like your own video after a day or whenever you think more of your subs will be online that weren't before. This can help by bringing your video up in their feed, make sure your likes are public though.

Also run through your analytics and make sure you are getting good retention and see where the views are coming from.

Looks like YouTube deemed the views to be fake even though you have so many subscribers. Maybe someone is playing a trick on you as well!

Fake subs and botted views. You dummy are not smarter than Google. There's no way one legit subs generating legit views from their YT homepage will be considered as fake views. Tomorrow you can come up with some new bullshit story.
