First thing is this.................Its been ages and ages since I have done the CPA game so I hope you guys can spin this and earn a lot more than me

I'm going to bullet point what I did over the last few days to make this simple as I have no plans to do this again as I wanted to test a few things out and nothing more. Seo is my thing not CPA

Anyway this is all I done

    1: Got content locker pro
2: Got 10 twitter accounts from fiverr
    3: 2 x vps
    4: TweetAttacks
5: Accounts on strongerads and couple of other networks that you guys already know about

I won't go into the details of setting up content lockers or into setting up tweetattacks so you will have to work that out yourselves

Firstly I set up a shitty website like this (site removed) (ill delete this in 24 hours) and added noindex to the meta as I don't want the site to show in the search engines

I choose a basic html template and made sure that I had bold but bright font that only showed up for a second or two but make sure that you can clearly read the text in the background when the locker pops up

I added a really basic countdown timer that you can see counting down in the background, I found this made people panic and at least click the CPA link

Ok so now I presume you have set up a basic site

    Now the boring part.....

I only chose deals that focused on females and tried my best to find either email only or postcodes/zip deals to make it convert better

I then spent best part of 8 hours finding footprints on twitter that I thought would convert on my cpa offers and I chose ideas based around competition/prizes

One of the footprints that worked really well for me was this

    https://twitter.com/#!/search/rt%20to%20win

Its a really popular footprint and it updates every few seconds so all I done was message everyone who posted RT to WIN in a tweet and said things like

"Hi, Thank you for your RTtoWIN entry, claim your pize link"

I absolutely hammered different variations of that for about 8 hours, I got 3 twitter accounts banned but who cares as I made a tidy packet from just doing that, I have been paid

Ok that's not all I did but I hope you will twist and turn and make it to the bank :)

If you want to convert really good then spend a good few hours and actually target the business who are offering the RTtoWIN deals then message everyone who actually enters that specific competition for example:

You see starbucks is holding a competition and using the RT to WIN so all you have to do us use the footprint "rt to win startbucks" then find a CPA cased on that offer, it converts really really well ( your AM from cpa company will love you for it)

Spend the time, know your market and hit hard

    Edit: don't pm me questions

Did you back date, or only use wait and reply?

How many tweets did you manage to get out on the 3 accounts before they get banned? & what numbers did the remaining 7 get to?

    What was your average EPC?

    Look forward to the numbers!

Not that many out them to be honest, I must have hit a bad batch of users or something, I don't spend my time focusing on failed things when I had 7 accounts working pretty well

Congrats Wannabie and I'm really thankful you've stuck it out with StrongerAds.
Like I've been telling people for a long time, your conversion ratio will be far higher
if you target your audience and host offers on your locker that are related to your
    locked content.

    Thats awesome man.

    A few questions,

1.) Are you using incent offers or non incent? If non incent are you blanking or faking?

2.) How where you cloaking your links? I keep hearing of Twitter banning accounts based on link spam. Are you using bit.ly?

I'm running my first TweetAttacks and CLP campaign this week. Any extra advice?

Hey. This way, they only fill emails. And you will be blacklisted by the advertiser for shitload of traffic quality. Because email offer advertisers looking for mostly the 2nd and sometimes 3rd page submits. Thats how email offers work. $1.3 for just 1 email address is not always appreciated.

Both really, I expected to get banned from cpa networks but didn't

No, but I told TA to make links unique - Anyway people are getting clued up bitly links so buy a new domain if it gets banned

Not really to be honest just test things out before hand, test the market and more to the point NO YOUR MARKET

Dude, you don't stop at hinting at the method used. You basically give away the whole package, with example URL and footprint and everything. You are a real Santa Claus when it comes to giving. + rep'ed you. You've earned it.

meannn has a good point. Have you been paid already? I keep seeing threads about people washing their lists like crazy. Does CLP work that well for email submits?

Read my original post O have covered that question

People don't get paid because they send shit traffic, the CPA company gets a slap from the advertisers and they (sometimes) lose the business so why should they pay you?

    You can't polish a turd

Send your CPA company decent traffic that converts then your normal OK, spend the time and set up the RIGHT campaigns for your target audience and it works, its really not difficult

The difference between me and 80% of this forum is ill sit down with a spread sheet, Ill write everything down to the finest details and go from that

I have worked out that it actually takes MUCH longer to try and cheat something in the long run

such a good point. i suspect most of those who experience poor conversion rates or get banned for sending shit traffic did not take the time to target their audience and put the right offer in front of them

goes to show the basic principles of marketing apply whether it's white, gray, or black hat methods that drive the traffic

OK, it's been quite a while since I played the cpa game but the rules can't have changed that much

    1: Send half decent traffic
2: Advertiser gets a decent conversion
    3: Advertiser pays CPA
4: CPA gets bigger and better
    5: You get paid

Its not rocket science, would anyone here hire a builder and pay for half a job? You ask for an extension but you get a tiny shed.....................really, would you??

No trickery to the CPA game at all
