I am going to leave this thread to the public to decide whether this is SCAM or NOT.
What surprises me more is, no one on the forum question this guy. Let me start how it happened.

He has clearly mentioned that the course consists of Black Hat Techniques and this ain't for the beginners. As a beginner I joined the course and I received the login details to his site and also he sent me a discord link. All the users will get the discord channel link where anyone can share their ideas and ask any questions regarding apps.
Is discord channel only for members or outsiders can join?
The funny thing is, anyone can join the discord channel with the link. Some of the users have shared the link to their friends and many has joined without paying a dime.
As soon as I joined, I saw a message where he has mentioned that there is premium group going on where users need to pay $1000 and the return will be 10 times bigger than the amount spend and this is going to be a passive income for long time. I thought why not give it a try as it going to take a while to learn and start working on apps. It also mentioned that it will be best offer than the course itself as we don't need to do anything apart from paying the money. Three groups, 10 members each group and the income will be shared between the 10 members. I just sent the money straight away, no questions asked.
He started working on group one and developed an app all by himself...he went and bought some tools for this purpose on the group money and also bought several dev accounts. In First groups at least half of the money has been spent on marketing and getting reviews and so many other things...the app got banned after sometime and the income has become zero. Now, he moves to the second group and he works on a different app and spent a large amount of money on adwords and other marketing methods and this app has got some revenue. The mistakes made on the first group is not repeated in the second group. Now, he also has started group four whereas he mentioned he will stop with group three. So, the second group enjoys on the cost of group one. Now, it has been 7 months since he started working on this and some guys on the group have started questioning him so that at least no one will go on loss.
Now, the admin says that even if we didn't get any revenue he will share all his experience as a PDF so that others will know what we should and should not do. This is like paying for escort service, and receiving a phone call from the girl sharing her previous customers experience and saying that's it. This looks like a plain stupidity from my end for joining that premium group but it isn't over yet so will wait till end. So far, no revenue returned to anyone and like $30,000 has been spent according to his expenses. Right now, if he thinks he can't make it happen I want him to share the rest of $10,000 to all 40 members so that everyone will go get something out of loss.
Even though shared some courses for free, that's not what we signed up for. He did this brilliantly by not creating that offer here in BHW so no one can complain about it to admin.
