3rd party Merchant

I'm looking for a decent 3rd party merchant account. I do b2b e-commerce work and its all signed contract stuff. Nothing illegal or anything. I don't have great credit so it gets ruff with the merchant accounts.

Who is good? I've noticed gspay and ibill.net
