I have no beef with 3ix.org hosting directly. They are a good reputable company. However the outsourced tech support treat the customers as idiots! I would ask a problem. They would try to solve it. If they cant? They would make shit up like'' Hey everything is working absolutely fine!" Ofcourse it does! Youre fuckin looking at one of my other domain! Ofcourse I would complain about that. And why would they even look at a site, that wasnt even on the email? I CLEARLY specified the problem, the login information, everything! But just so they can give you positive news? They'll outright lie! So I would again complain (after waiting for 1-2 weeks for a response) And mysteriously soon therafter? MY IP IS BANNED! They tell me because I got my login info wrong 10x in a row, which is ludicrous! So they banned my IP, so I couldnt see the LACK of action. So I couldnt see their incompetence! Worst part is they insult the customer's intelligence by making stupid shit up, and other runarounds, instead of just telling the customer flat out, that they cant fix it!
