$391 Limited in my hong kong paypal Today

My Hong Kong paypal got limited with $391 in it, i noticed the only way to withdraw is if you have their Bank Account or any other means which i may not know but i don't think i can wait till then, so i want to give it out to anybody that withdraw after 180 days.

whoever can wait after 180 days with a good price will have the account right away.

there is also a case of $200 which resulted to the limitation of my account.
before appealing, i have asked paypal to refund the money to the owner.

the total supposed to be $591 but after deducting the $200, the account the left with $391,
please images below.

i am an open person, whoever that will get the account will have access to go through it and give a review afterwards, thanks again
