375 instagram accounts in the cities travel niche - total 4m followers

Good day community!

I've been on this forum since 2017, however in December 2017 I've stopped growing my accounts due to personal reasons.
Now I've logged in to some of them and they are working fine, however the reach is low due to 4,5 years inactivity.
It's a network of 375 cities pointing to 1 main account. It's the same accounts as VISIT.... (new york, los angeles, paris, berlin, london, etc all the biggest cities across the world).
At the peak I had a total of 4,000,000 followers (7-20k per account) , they were all active at the time, gaining thousands likes per post.
Now around 20% unsubscribed, but important is that there is no bots accounts of all the followers, all are real people and they are subscribed to pages from where they are or they have visited these cities (scraped based on person posting a picture in specific city), so all followers are quite high quality.
Do you have some ideas how to use them and reactivate the reach?

First thing would be to get back to posting content regularly since that is what they are here for in the first place. Then you can ask may niche-based influencers to promote your account and it'll get you the traffic you need and give you a push start. You can also engage them by asking their opinion by polls and engaging open-ended questions.

Check out the analytics, if I had personal access to that network. I would sell some physical products for sure.

Start posting on them regularly and this time, make the contents even more better. The pages will definitely get back and activity will resume.
You can post twice daily. Check the time your followers are most active and post those times.
