Today I created a site with 3500 posts. All in 3 hours with pictures and videos and content.

It is not an autoblog. There is no autoblog script doing the job only an excellent plugin named ZIPPOSTER creating posts from zipped txt files.

I wrote some tools in vb to make things faster. So, now I can create 100 posts in 10 minutes.

And the posts are not unique, pure duplicate content. But also (I know it is an contradiction) they are very unique in a different sense that is not existing elsewhere on the net. Something like that:

I grap the whole post, split it into small parts and let's say create 50 small posts from that big one and enhancing it with pictures and videos.

Anyway, I will see what Google will do. Somewhat I am sure that it will like it.

its a little tough to answer..... theres no reason why a website cant have 3500 posts a day... or why a site cant start with those many posts.. but then again, sometimes it can be taken as spamming.....

Now i dont worry about all this anymore... the ugly truth is that G's algos have a lot of flaws.. some sites get banned some dont... whats actually going on within their corporation you can never guess.. so keep up with the hit and trial..

Duplicate content, a plugin which auto posts, looks like autoblog in my eyes, and I guess in google's too.

I'm interested to hear how your project goes. I honestly don't think it will do much, but good luck to you.

Sorry could not tell more but not an autoblog.

Yeah. Good luck to me. Thanks. I will inform all the people interested here in this thread.

And one note: I belive that it will do much. It is integrated with amazon and adsense ads.

Be careful with that new Google algorithm. Auto-blogs are will definitely mean black balled soon. Get in and get out quick! ;)

Yah, unless you give your own twist to it, auto-blogging like crap would get into G' eyes.

This is not entirely true. There's NO way google (or anybody else, btw...) will be able to penalize autoblogs if they're done properly, with lotsa luv... lol

Some ppl on IM forums have developed the funny idea that google is some sort of almighty entity or something... Conversely, if you use your critical thinking to figure out and delve into the only possible ways their algorithms can work and spend a sec to ponder how big the internet is (and grows) you'll quickly realize they should be more close to a metaphysical deity than an IT company to be able to *really* do that.

Millions of new pages every day, thousands and thousands of posts with duplicate content every hour. Who are they gonna rank high? Just the one that pings first and penalize ALL the others? Maybe progressively? And even in this case, nothing's better than an automated program to keep up with the original posts you scrape!

What they're doing is hitting well known spam havens a.k.a. article directories, but that's "reasonably" simple. Bash a few bad sites, lower the weight of the backlinks there and they have a winner. Hitting autoblogs is an ENTIRELY different issue and certainly not as trivial as what they're doing now.

Of course if you leave a trail of footprints behind your back it doesn't come as a surprise you're gonna eventually be kicked out of the best spots... ;)

While I think you have some points in the way G is regarded by some as some sort of all knowing entity, I think you are going too far the other way and under-estimating both the tools they currently use for ranking, and the ones they have in development.

While they are no metaphysical deity, in terms of ranking, they do quite a bit of checking on sites using a great deal of information they gather through not always obvious means.
