302 redirect

Recently one of my websites has been blasted by 302 Redirects (more than 1000), can i get penalized for it? if so should i just disavow them?
Somehow my DA has improved.

No, you won't be penalized, but those pages redirecting to you are going to increase their query independent score. If one of those pages are actually of high authority for that individual page, it can actually replace yours on the SERP (even if it has a different title than what the user is searching). It's weird but that's how it works the last time I tested it. Welcome to the world of Google SEO.
