There is no such thing as a "fix" for the problem, at least from everything I've read so far and implemented so far. There are just guides about practices that could be implemented and could make an affect. So far if I have to describe all my practices, which I've done for the past 5 months, it would be very lengthy, time consuming and probably too lengthy for a forum. It's like "my car is broken". I can't give you a "fix" until I see what is going on and catch a pattern. If we could isolate the particular pattern, there could be a singular fix for all, but there is no such thing so far. What can help in that direction is if you could share me the URL. That was I could spot similarities between your project, my projects and the other hijacked projects. As said, I have only partial success. Sorry, but I just received the same stories over FB and if you are all unwilling to share URLs, nobody would be able to help you. It could be many things, it's not just one thing, it is not simple. If you are willing to check, provide me your URL and the hijacker URL and I would check for something common with my own issues, if not, I am unable to help.
