I have 1 website, for example it is A ( Age of 4 months - Pr3 ), is currently having sandbox - I want to move through site B with 301. Site B is 2 years and 6 months old (Pr0). Should not try to wait or exit the sandbox? Thanks for reading my article.

It's not called sandbox but a penalty. It's better to work on removing the penalty rather than 301 redirecting it to another domain. If site A ranked high on SERPs, It will temporarily boost the ranking for site B when 301 redirected but it won't last long.

It depends... Some times people do with 301 even before they got penalty... they spam one site, and put 301 on other before they get penalty. And it really works...

    Penalty doesn't pass through 301....

Though, if site-B is making you good money, don't take the risk.
