Hello, I did 301 redirect from X domain to Y domain using Redirection plugin in Wordpress.

Is everything fine or I must do redirects in htaccess file to get the best results?

If you are confident that your Redirection plugin is set up correctly and your 301 redirects are functioning correctly, then you don't need to change anything. However, if you're not sure, it's always a good idea to check your redirects using a tool like Screaming Frog or a redirect checker to confirm that everything is working correctly.

No need do anything further. The redirection plugin is powerful enough to handle all the redirects properly. In fact you can test if the redirect is working or not from within the plugin itself.
It would be better if you could redirects in the htaccess file as well.
Why mate? Why do you think it is needed?

Recently, one of my clients did 301 redirection using the WordPress plugin alone, and everything is fine. Suddenly, the plugin version became outdated and it was automatically deactivated. Client rankings dropped and some pages were not indexed properly. This won't happen for all sites, but if it does, that's why. @sageshark

Did you check that the redirect is working?

Good luck with your 301!

You should be fine but there's nothing wrong with taking extra measures to protect yourself against a plugging going haywire. Check your site periodically (once every 2 weeks?) to make sure everything is still in working order. I've got that automated for all my 301s but it's not so much of a hassle to do it manually.

If you use webmaster tools then I'd do the domain redirect there as well

Oh ok..But that is very rare case. In my all sites I have this Redirection plugin installed and no problems till date.

Moreover not everybody is comfortable editing .htaccess file so wordpress plugin is the best option in our case. :)

That will be more than enough. If the redirection works, there is nothing to worry about.

yes im also doing my CPA page but Only Index 2 Week after google deindex site. i recomended only using CPA
