I have a site with alot of backlinks from big autority sites, and I like to redirect it to a EMD domain with 1000 exact matches and 6600 exact matches for one of the words.

I'm just afraid I'll lose some backlinks, because what if some links are pointing to www.siteIwanttoredirect.dk/pointinghere - Do it catch all backlinks to any page on the site?

It will "catch all" if you set your 301 redirection to do so.
Here's a code snippet (to put in the .htaccess of the old site) to set up a "catch all" 301 redirect:

    Code:
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(myoldsite|www.myoldsite) [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.mynewsite.com/$1 [R=301,L]
Anyway, once you have set your redirect, you can just test it yourself to make sure it works correctly.
Simply try to open myoldsite.com and myoldsite.com/whatever in your browser and see if you get redirected to the new site.
