I have about 15 high DA/PA domains available all above 40/100 now I wonder if it is better to make a PBN out of these sites and then link to a money site or if I simply should make a 301 re direct to a money site?

What would you suggest and what will last for long term you think?

    Basic info:
The money site is aged (8 y.o) and has a DA of 56/100 and P/A of 57/100 and PR2
The 15 domains have all back links EDU and GOV and are aged as well.

If it's a long term, go with making it a PBN.
redirect wouldn't last long. Make the site look similar to the previous site.
Redirect the links of edu and gov to a new page so that it would still have its juice
    Good luck!

They're both different approaches, and not each others substitutes, So go for both.

Even if you get 301s, you will still need Niche relevant, Contextual links from PBNs to rank

301s can last long (unlike suggest above) but you need to maintain them.

I disagree on the part that the links needed have to be "Niche relevant". While it is smarter to have niche relevant links only (in case of a manual review), there does not seem to be that much difference between the juice of niche and non-niche relevant links. So if you are building a PBN you can also build some non niche relevant sites without a problem imo.

There doesn't need to be a manual review to find if a link is Niche relevant or not.

Non Niche relevant PBNs will work too, but you'll need much more Numbers than Niche relevant ones.

Also I believe Non Niche Relevance might be one of the ways (footprints) using which google catches and Busts PBNs.

Add niche relevant content to the domains. Let them site for a few weeks and then 301 them. This is what I do and get great results.

Developing them out with defiantly serve you better in the long run. No one knows how long 301 redirects are going to retain their effectiveness.
