So I have two different 301 htaccess redirects I would like to put in place.

    Code:
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain\.com$ [NC]
    RewriteRule ^.*$ http://www.domain.com%{REQUEST_URI} [R=301,L]
This one is to send the users to my [URL="http://domain.com/"]http://domain.com[/URL] as opposed to the [URL="http://www/"]http://www[/URL]. The problem is, not sure how to switch it around because this one was coded to send the http:// to the [URL="http://www/"]http://www[/URL].
Secondly, is this the correct htaccess to redirect a page? I'm doing it for SEO purposes. I'd like to make sure it's correct because it's a site I paid money for and make a few bucks on it so I don't want to completely mess it up.
    Code:
    Options +FollowSymLinks
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteRule (.*) [URL]http://www.newdomain.com/$1[/URL] [R=301,L]

Any more efficient SEO methods are appreciated.
