301 Redirect Expired Domains?

Have anyone tested redirecting unrelated expired domains to their money sites? Domains have my countries ltd but both links and content is completely unrelated.

This is not advised. Ideally, you want the redirected domains to rank somewhere in top 100 for either keywords of your money site or something at least related. And THEN redirect them. So the best way is to put some spun or original article with 1K - 2K words on the domain you are planning to redirect, then wait a while and when it starts to rank, which it will, because the domain is already strong, redirect it.

Redirecting unrelated stuff can screw up your ranking, especially now, when Google is such a bitch about the anchors.
