If i put 301 in main directory (my pages are inside the directory folder), so it will auto redirect all these pages, will after sometime google de-index them?

    Thanks !!

Seriously though, if you want to 301 every page on your site, try adding this to your .htaccess:
    Code:
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !newdomain.com$ [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://newdomain.com/$1 [L,R=301]

Google will eventually de-index them: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/webmasters/kM5zLkRf5R4

Yes. It would auto redirect the internal pages as well and soon the older site will be deindexed.

Once you redirect to the newer page then all power goes to the newer page.. Soon your new page will get the effect and your old pages will be indexed by Google.. The same format is for the homepage and not only for the internal pages..
