301 Penalized Domains For Negative SEO Benefits

    I'm writing for informational purposes and just out of plain interest.

    We all know now that you can neg SEO a site using un-natural link building methods.
    But what about this case also -

    Buy a tonne of .info domains and smash them with links from xBumer and SB.
    Once Google goes to town on them, just point them at your competitors domain.
    According to another thread the penalty passes on!?!

    It seems to be getting easier and easier to ruin someones website now, and although us black hatters were ranking in a "cheating" manner, at least our sites were quality. I see some real crap these days on #1.

    Any thoughts on the 301 method??

    Especially since .info domains are free with .com purchases at godaddy. I do not believe in negative seo but it's a clever tactic.
