    Hi All,

I have been searching all over the forum, but there seems to be no definitive answer to this question.

is 301 and 302 redirects worth picking up for pbn?

some people here in blackhat said that 302 are good and it will still pass on link juice as pbn.

I see two kinds of 302, one is the 302 to is redirecting to a completely different site and the other kind of 302 is redirecting traffic to the new page that is also owned by the existing owner of the page, kinda like an improved page (for example .org 302 redirecting to com with the same domain nameļ¼‰.

can someone please shed some light on this?

    truly appreciated!

I, and I bet others, have trouble to understand what you are asking.

Redirects worth picking up for PBN? What?

Try to rephrase your question please.

a lot of legits expired domains were used for 301 in the past. There is nothing wrong with that. Check if the 301 went to a legit site (e.g. rebranding of a company). If so just buy it, build your PBN and make Money

You mean expired domain that redirects to other site is worth to buy for PBN?
There are some domains that redirects for valid reason like what you've said that it redirects to improved page. But domain that redirects to a completely different site is not worth to buy.

It depends! You can buy it if the domain is not abused. Even if they are redirecting to completely different websites, it might be because of other reasons. (e.g. sn.com redirects to Linkedin)

You can check other things about those domains. While redirection is an important aspect but it shouldn't be the only criterion.

You can buy domains that where previously redirected. Timemachine shows all 302 redirects as 301 anyway. Backlinks are the main reason those domains are powerful and you can use it for your purposes. Niche relevance would be great but is not mandatory.
