invest 3 weeks of reading through BHW forum before you invest your 3k. You will find 100s of different ideas you can pick from. And stop bothering people to give you big money ideas, cuz probably they have nothing better to do. Get an idea from the forum, twist it in a way and bank. Good luck!

Most people who have replied have really jumped the gun on alot of base assumptions.

By project, what are you referencing? A website? A business style? Steps to SEO?

Answer that, and you'll get better answers from the board.

if you know your way around cpa and media buying, then that should get you a good return on your investment. It really depends on the direction you want to take. If you want to make money fast, buying traffic through ppc, media buys would be the road to take. IF you want to build your own sites and experiment with seo, then invest in your common seo tools like senuke, Bmd xrumer etc. Maybe hire a va to help with building your sites. This might be slow but should be good for long term. and you will learn alot through experience.

ou reade the forums for a few weeks and you hire a va for a couple hundred a month. you just manage and think and let them do the work. tools are cool, but right now va is better.

Try to buy a profitable website around 1-2k and spend the rest on improvements...SEO traffic etc.
You can make a ton of money doing this....and this will secure your monthly income:)

Do nothing at first with your money. Let it sit. 1. Research Research Research....Find the work that you feel comfortable with doing 2. Once you find your niche, try to make money spending as little as possible...You need to make mistakes spending no money first. Read everything on this forum 3. Once you learn how to make a dollar consistently in your niche...Then multiple it times 1,000(spend your money) 4. Outsource most of your work and set things on auto 5. Scale and duplicate 6. Count your money

Learn to invest in the stock market yourself, don't pay someone else to do it. Do some research on options strategies, I particularly like the covered call strategy because you can up your returns to ~50% a year with almost no increase in risk. Google it. Ideally you'd start with more like 10k, but you can still start learning now.

This is something that I am trying to do at the moment too. The difficult bit is working out which sites are a good buy. Some of the sites on flippa just scream"scam!". The other thing is that quite a few seem to have taken a hit from the penguin and I don't feel confident enough at the moment to be certain of bringing them back up.

Well what I'd do now is buy some site that has recently (this week, right after penguin update) reached page 1 in serps.
Pros: The owner of such a site may not realize yet how much money he can earn with it, so you can buy it cheap
Cons: it may lose its ranking when the update stabilizes

So its a risky invesstment, but i'd look into that. You should be able to buy some community forum site that just ranked up for like 200$ =)
A good example would be one of the multitude of sites that provide facebook covers etc. You can stick a lot of CPA offers there, targeted to facebook users.

I'd sit tight at the moment, there's too much uncertainty as to whats working and whats not at the moment - hang tight and see what happens over the next week
