I recently read that twitter is now watching IP's because of the ridiculous amount of robots and spam on twitter. If you are doing this with more than 1 account, better use proxies

The main thing are the automated followBacks who are allowed

the risks are not followings above limits
the risks are UNfollowings above limits


You can easy lover the risks

change the twiends settings after X Followbacks to

"Allow average drop rates (recommended)"

i choose this settings after ~ 200/day f.b.sand i think i'm very safe with this
