$30 - Teach me how to hardsub FLV file

Hi there, i want to know how to HARDSUB FLV FILE with .srt or .flv

{ TAKE NOTE , I WANT TO USE COMMAND LINE TOOL AS I AUTOMATE THE PROCESS }

-> What i got for input

Video - FLV
Subtitle - .ASS or .SRT

as i discover using -sub subtitle.srt with mencoder, i can't use tag like {\a6}TOP TEXT

it will appear as {\a6}TOP TEXT instead of TOP TEXT, if i set subpos, all my subtitle will go up, i just want a chunk to go up

So i decide use .ASS but the issue is .ass how to sub with .ass ..
