• I will give the seller one thing, and it's that they were very detailed when it comes to their work. Throughout the review, they provided frequent updates and frequently checked with us before making any major actions. It's an attention to detail that I don't see often enough when I review services.
• The seller's first deliverable was a site audit report. It contained the usual information you'd expect to see and was fairly typical in that regard, although I did find the overview at the top to be somewhat nicer than what I usually receive.
• One of the updates the seller provided us with showed that there had been a decent increase in Google Maps searches and a considerably large increase in the number of views on Google Maps. Additionally, the organic results for the targeted keywords were indeed significantly better than the nonexistent rankings the site had before. Leading on from that, something important to note is that the site was brand new and didn't have much in the way of rankings or optimisation before the service.
• The local SEO campaign report was essentially an overview of the campaign, starting with the keyword research and on-page SEO. I noticed the report also mentioned important events such as the approval from the client on the keyword research findings. The report also provided final rankings results.
• The citations report was a bit different than I was expecting, and I mean that in a good way. The seller focused their efforts not just on local and general citations, but social media, PDFs, Powerpoints, Videos, and web 2.0 citations as well. I went over them to ensure that the name, address, and phone numbers (NAPs) were consistent, which they were. The additional business details were (e.g., operating hours) were consistent as well. Login information to the accounts created were provided as well, which is something I always appreciate in these types of services.

• The seller was somewhat difficult to work with initially and had a habit of sending "reminders", but became much easier to work with as the review went on.

• Part of this review was conducted by @BassTrackerBoats who handled most of the process and provided a site for the seller to use. I oversaw the process and conducted the final review.
• As a disclaimer, this service does require you to provide a lot of access to various accounts to the seller (e.g., full website access, Google Analytics access, etc).
• I normally don't mention results in my review, but after speaking with the owner of the provided website, I decided to vaguely mention them.
