I am in a rather dire situation that is setting me up for the better in the long run but I have a very short amount of time to make AT LEAST $6,000 per month. My mother will be out of work and I need to replace her income for a number of reasons. She cannot retire yet and I have to cover her. She owes money to her pension and she cannot retire until it is paid back. There is no guarantee that she will find another job soon and she is in her early 60's. I won't focus on this aspect of my journey because it can get me stressed out if I let it and I do not have time for that. My "why", which is my mother, is the reason that I am willing to stay up day and night, survive on 45 minute naps only when I feel so exhausted that I cannot think straight. She is the reason that I am willing to do whatever it takes to pound it out within 30 days to make this happen. I will accomplish this by being a Clickbank Vendor. My product is an all encompassing health (weight loss) package with a very unique spin. I have something very, very valuable, a true story with my personal drastic before and after pics. There is nothing out there like it on Clickbank. My concern is not the product itself, but getting my page seen by the masses and making sure my sales process is right. My budget starting out is $700. I have my product already written and I KNOW it is phenomenal. My long form salesletter is already written but I still have to tweak it. I have to write my vsl copy as well. One thing I know for sure is that I can write my behind off. Writing copy is a different beast though because it involves the psychology of selling. I will certainly study/research and do my best to mimic the triggers that I see in successful copy while putting my own take on my product's copy. I have to find someone with reasonable rates to do my minisite and I will also need a blog attached, as that will be a part of my marketing plan. In addition, I have to pay for a professional voice over artist to do my audio for my vsl and that will probably be around $450. As you can see, between the minisite design with a blog, voiceover, exit popup and banner design, that is my entire budget right there. This means that I have to go rouge and do a lot of grunt work for my marketing since I am creating money out of no money. I do not have any additional money so a jv broker is out of the question and I do not have any connections to super affiliates so I cannot sit around and wait on the possibility that maybe someone will help me promote. This brings me to my marketing plan. My marketing plan is as follows: -Make comments on 25 laser targeted niche related message boards and make a minimum of 5 comments a day to each (using my signature as advertising) -Make a google+ page with pic to get authorship with my blog posts and hopefully the forums are connected to google+ as well so my posts will go on my profile -Make a facebook fan page with my before and after pic as my cover page and contribute in weight loss groups without directly advertising up rather giving very useful posts -Make 1 video per main keyword phrase of each aspect of my system and upload videos to youtube. I will figure out how to rank these videos to gain the maximum exposure. -I will find and contribute very detailed posts to at least 5 heavy hitter weight loss blogs/news sites/news articles daily. -Create a twitter page with my before and after as my graphic and a pic of my product system as the background. I will follow popular people in my niche and tweet individuals by searching for hashtags in my niche. I will send 25 tweets per day. -I will write 3 articles per day and place them on my blog. I will figure out how to gain exposure for my articles as I get into the thick of marketing. That was the bulk of my renegade marketing since I do not have the extra money to market right now. It will take me about 2 weeks to pull everything together. That means that I have 2 weeks after that to create the income. I have to figure out how to track things and how to spilt test. If anyone can think of anything that may be helpful please comment. Also, since I will be a new vendor for this product I wonder if Clickbank will allow me to create a JV contract and use a complimentary product to mine as my upsell. I have my eye on one that is not anything like mine but that goes along great. I don't know if Clickbank will allow it since I am new and/or I don't know if the vendor will accept. I am thinking that is an excellent way to get noticed by vendors. In the mean time I will constantly be working on everything and giving updates on what has been accomplished by the day, if not a couple of times a day. What do you all think about a vsl and traditional salesletter on the same page? Is this a bad idea?
