After scraping for 3 weeks expired Tumblr, over-blog, and Weebly, from 200m+ KWs making it over 600m with the 3 footprints, I have found a total of 127 extremely good properties with over 50+ PA and over 1000+ very nice backlinks on each.
Now comes the hard part - making content for them. Should I recover the old content from them and only edit/remove the links and the articles a little or make entirely new content? I want these to be very high quality. I might build some contextual links with GSA to each of them and then blast these contextual links with 100k+ drip feed spam links

    What's the purpose?
I guess you gonna use them for linking not selling, so just throw some fresh content related to your niche on them, let it index again and link.

Why would you want to use old content? The old content related to your niche?

You can build page authority very fast with ser along with contextual. So don't waste much time on that. Like exactly @aidenhera said I experienced same with getting a ban. It seems you are wasting big time on with.
i build on fresh content. (much better if its related to your niche)
