I've been selling SEO services to many clients, generating $x,xxx/mo per client in the SEO space.

I've also written a lot of great content in the past years, and this time I'm looking for some help to give feedback on a site/service I want to launch later.

One time, a client failed to pay me when I agreed to do the services before taking payment.

    First some info,

-I've put together three SEO contracts that will help you succeed, which I use on a daily basis.
-Whenever a client doesn't pay up, I've successfully brought these contracts to court, sued the client, won owed payments and lawyer fees.
-Most of the times, clients would settle out of court and pay the remaining owed payments before we even reach court.

    Here's an example:

One client failed to pay me. Luckily I had my contract, made by Contract.org. I brought it over to a lawyer. He told me he was confident
he could sue, and we would win since I had all my evidence ready. The client didn't think it was possible because he thought it would cost too
much for me to just to hire a lawyer. In this day and age, that's simply not true.

    1. This was my message to him after consulting with my lawyer. My lawyer also sent a written notice to his address.

    2. After my demand was sent to him, here's his reply and excuse to cover up his mistake:

    3. Here's the payments he sent to me in parts:

Overall, collected $2,250+ from a client that tried to make me forget about the payment, but since I had a contract, I knew he wouldn't be able to get away it.

Anyways, that's the power of contracts, and I highly recommend you to use them too.

Simply download these templates, edit it in Microsoft word, then save as a PDF.

I plan to turn these into digital templates where you can automatically fill out the fields, and send it to your clients for signing.

What do you guys think of that?

If I can get 20 yes, me and my partner will code it!

1 - SEO Service Agreement Template

This is the basic SEO Service Agreement Template. You talk about your service, pricing, and disclaimers. You need this contract so that users know exactly what you guys agreed on, and if clients don't pay up, you can sue them in small claims, or court. This contract will help limit your liabilities as well.

2 - Non Disclosure Agreement Template

Help your client feel confident with disclosing sensitive information to you. Your client also agrees not to disclose your SEO techniques publicly or to anyone else without your consent.

3 - Finders Fee Agreement Referral Template

How do you make everyone your sales person? Offer them a commission for each sale they bring you.
As I first discovered from Taktical, I also find that providing a referral fee will greatly increase the number of new deals you get.
I wrote a unique finders fee agreement referral template for you to use. Customize it by percentage or flat fee.

Is it not often better to just write off bad clients and move on with life? The overhead time and stress doesn't seem to pencil out to me sometimes. Guess it's a case by case basis.

Thanks will definitely be using these! Is there a way to let the clients sign them digitally instead of meeting up in person?
