3 day old EMD, page 3 google, best way to #1 fast?

well title says it all i bought a EMD, made MNS the competition is really really weak, i want to hit 1 on google uk. on page 3 now, after 3 days with just a 400 word article and no off site seo

i dont really know much about SEO, i did all the on site stuff with yoast plug-in.

whats the best way to do the off site seo, i dont think it would take much doing, because competition for this word is hardly any.

i got about $20 to spend it that gets me anywhere?
also i dont wanna lose my adsense account so nothing too dodgey.

thanks for the advice, i just get a little paranoied about these fiverr gigs that they are scams cos they sound too good to be real somtimes. i will prolly just do this, ill see if theres anymore suggestions first tho

Thats very true, i tend to use scroogle.org to check my results although it also depends on which google server your requesting at that time, this can also effect your rankings.
