Does this actually pay out? I would like to try this, do you guys think I'd get banned for posting dentist reviews?

Your going to need a lot of traffic and clicks just to make decent money.

I agree and it takes long before they make your first payment, it apparently takes 10 days and that's after they screen your traffic plus they are on their way to start shaving because of the poor quality of traffic and the numbers of advertisers deserting them, there is also a high possibility of them refusing to pay you because of your traffic quality, plus funny thing is i clicked one of the ads and i was send through a screen monitoring process asking me where i am from, they are pretty savvy i have to say. I use them but not that much, i still prefer adsense any day.
