I bought a taboola account which he said he would provide after i pay him $130 usdt, right after i sent the money (transaction link provided below), he deleted the chat

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
Contacted him here and on telegram where he blocked me after deleting the chat.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I don't care about the money, but i see he has scammed other people, so it seems strange he continues to be part of the forum where he will continue scamming people.
And to make sure the mods here see the USDT address is his, we contacted him again using a different tg about a another service he says he provides, he provided us with the same usdt address as the first scam, screenshots below.

Information For The Accused

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

Why doesn't the TG conversation match the thread. One is account buying the other talks about reviews.

I never get any payment from him

He asked me for my usdt address and assume me as scammer.

because he had deleted the first chat,
I mentioned this on the opening thread:

The USDT address belongs to me, I am not denying that.

However, providing a wallet address does not prove that the claimant sent the funds. Blockchain transactions do not show identity.

The claimant has still not proven that he sent the $130. He has not signed a message from the sending wallet, nor shown any evidence linking that wallet to him.

Regarding his statement about contacting me again from another Telegram: yes, I provided the same USDT address because it is my main address. This does not establish that he was the sender of the funds.

Lastly, there was no finalized agreement for Taboola accounts. The initial discussion was about reviews, and no price, delivery terms, or service confirmation ever took place.

If a mod wants me to send a transaction from that same sender address to confirm i was the sender of funds, i m ok with it. because the address is mine. and i won't mind the transaction fees.
I see you are still trying to scam people, so my goal is that you stop scamming people.

We've gone through what little evidence there is and unfortunately, there isn't enough to prove anything. On top of that, the evidence provided isn't even for the transaction that was detailed in the description. We were hoping by running the dispute, more evidence would come to light but unfortunately it hasn't.

This thread is locked as the finding is in favor of the accused.
