Can you register and start using 2Checkout to accept payments straight away, like you would Paypal/Payoneer/Skrill etc?

Or do they ask you for business information and where your money is coming from during registration and require approval before you're allowed to accept payments or do anything?

They don't ask for registration documents as such but they do go through your website thoroughly. They'll ask for dropshipping agreement with your supplier if you're dropshipping.
Other than that they even call your customers randomly to know their experience. On top of that their commissions are outrageous.
