25k plays on reel in one day small account

I posted a reel a week ago (meme niche) it had 2k something views and then randomly it got 25k views and it's been consistently gaining since. Any explanation for this? How can I recreate this it's by far my most reached post by a 20k at least? I'm wondering if I should post more things related to the topic of that video or if it was just a random engagement boost and then laddered on the reel page. My page got 50 more followers from this and I'm sitting at 1552.

It's really hard to predict how your reel will go as it depends on many factor and your niche. Is it a niche where people share stuff?

I've had reels go from similar views on small accounts to 2M views on my bigger ones. It is a bit like Youtube on my opinion. 1/8 reels will take off. But if you know what triggers your audience, then you have more chances to get viral.

For example; on a 100k+ account, most reels sit at 50K views, there are a few 200K-300K views and the outlier 2M view. I kind of saw this one was viral elsewhere and knew it would trigger my audience. But other times I thought on some other reels and it didn't. So I would keep experimenting and posting and some will blow for sure.

It is a meme page so yeah, but this video wasn't really related to my content other than it is funny. I thought I had reels down pretty good getting some to blow up mini like 1k-3k views and now this one is at 43k views, and actually got me, followers. It's been hard to get organic followers, I've just been using follow and unfollow strategy slowly growing. I have recently seen an increase in reach from my hashtags though but only around 150-300 impressions, when I see people getting thousands of impressions from them. I have 1573 followers.
