I’m not aware of any legitimate public method for creating $250 BMs. The safest approach is to create and verify BMs directly through Facebook’s official process.

There’s no officially endorsed “new method” for that. Most account spending limits are assigned by Meta based on account history, payment reliability, and policy compliance.
