Hey everyone

I'm 25 and things haven't been going well lately. I've lost everything, I'm living with my parents, and I feel pretty down. But I'm determined to turn things around. and put 10 hours daily

First off, I'm going to focus on my mental health. I'm going to start using a book called 'Feeling Good' to do Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I'm also hitting the gym. I went once this week, but I'm committing to going three times a week to work on my skinny body.

Next, I'm diving into learning about media buying and marketing. I want to understand branding, offers, and generating leads. Maybe I'll even start my own local ecommerce store.

I enjoy writing, so I'm going to learn basic video editing skills and improve my writing and copywriting abilities. I want to share my journey and thoughts to help others going through tough times. ( create content )

Being more social is also what I wanna work on. I'm going to join communities both online and in real life, and I won't let shyness hold me back anymore.

Lastly, I'm going to create a map of my skills and experiences to help me connect everything I've learned and accomplished.

if you have any piece of advice for me dont hesitate to put in the comments and wish me a good luck Friend.

Sounds lovely, man.

My two cents:
  • Don't try to do too much at the same time. Try to laser focus on only a few things that you want to learn and do.
  • Journal, journal and journal. Start journaling absolutely everything to a physical piece of paper. Write your thoughts, goals, and plan of actions. Well planned is half done.

That is good thing. Try local business networking things once you've mapped out skills. I would say of all skills writing is most important cause that's how you sell and how you sell is most important skill. Medium is a good place to practice but not a final destination.

Local lead gen for businesses is good way to start getting into digital marketing imo. Many need blogs etc

hope you can get better and always check your mental health, good you are with your parents right now family will always be there for you, go one step at the time and when you are to start again go for it and try to take sometime for you and recover your energy.

25! What an age bro, there is plenty of change to come, and just a tip... don't try to force things that never ends well. Don't forget to enjoy life while chasing your goals, kinda wish I had instead of thinking I got to be at XYZ by now versus a wouldn't say slow but enjoy the ride kinda thing.

All the best.
