    Hello everyone,

For my 200th post I thought I'd share how I got 500,000 page views on my site with about 10k unique visitors and how I built a weekly email list of nearly 10,000 real people in only 5 weeks. I do alot of adsense, dating and clickbank stuff so this was my first proper go at using fb fan pages, I actually tried it just out of boredom.

I hate long drawn out messy methods so I've tried to just explain what I actually did (please respect that I'd like to keep my website + niche private)

First off I bought a fan page for about $50, it had 60k likes but soon rose to 100k likes in a short time. I've gone on to buy a 1 million like page for as little as $140 so to all you guys paying $300 for 250k likes... your being scammed! Cut the source out and ask around on facebook and you'll find real bargains, I actually bought the original page off a 15year old.

Next I followed my "insights" on facebook and seen what demographics I had and what the people were most interested in, I homed in on this, (the like page has now over 100k likes and has now got 8.5 million post views and 49k of post feedback.)

Once I got this page running smoothly I created albums and in the description I'd write "For more info on (subject X) then please blank mail (my email) and I'll send you out an invite to our website and give you (whatever shit for free) and you can also receive our free mails about X"

The above statement can be twisted 100's of different ways for ANY NICHE and to ANY WEBSITE... This method is EXTREMELY SIMPLE.

Next I set up an auto responder using the vacation setting in gmail and when people would blank email it, It would send them back the response to visit my site and told them they were now apart of my web newsletter bla bla (I could hit them with a CPA or clickbank product then also)

Next I put good content on my site and every page was made like - "to continue reading click here". The whole site is designed to keep people clicking around and moving. My bounce rate is 1.5% and my average time per user is 5-6mins...(Great for SEO)

At the end of each week I scrape out my emails by using gmailextract.com and then I use a pirated version of interspire mass mailer I took from the downloads section and I mail out my list every week. (I also have a newsletter opt in on the site). Every so often I throw in an offer for something but I don't alienate my readers... My content is always relative, good, and my emails unsubscribe rate is about 0.5%. REMEMBER THIS - It's better to not send an email sometimes, than to send a bad one and have 1,000's unsubscribe.

The above method CAN be used for ANY NICHE, and this has taken me about 5 weeks and $50 so far... I could improve in loads of areas, this post can be twisted in so many different ways and for EVERY niche. I actually made the website AFTER I bought the fan page because I never tried the niche before so I had no offers setup or domains about it, and it's now ranking relatively good for a 5 week old site..

To build extra links and extra traffic I used about 40 accounts on different social network sites and posted a link to the site with an engaging comment... My SERP's really picked up when I did this also along with a little more traffic.

Thanks for reading... I hope this gets you some extra traffic, ideal for CPM ads and a nice list to sell stuff to. I did this in a very lazy fashion and I've barely monetized it, so this can be milked BIG TIME and it's so simple, facebook won't ban you for it and it's noob friendly :)

    THANKS - GILESY :trytofly:

Thanks very much... I was hoping it was useful!

Ehh all I do is post a review, photo comment, anything at all with for example my skype or ask the page owner to add me for a chat... I just tell them I have some business for them.. I'm very subtle, but the guys do add me and ask me what's up.

I get the odd weirdo adding me then, wondering how they can make money, asking do I want to buy their own account.. all sorts of stupid shit. I just delete them and wait for some real page owners, any good deal is usually done in 2mins flat with paypal, only shitheads will waste your time.

This gives me tons of ideas. I just sent out a request to purchase a long coveted fan page. Never even thought about asking to buy it! Thanks.

Just think outside the box! Just because there's no for sale sign, doesn't mean it's not for sale, I've been importing jap cars since I was just gone 17, and I seen alot of cars being bought and sold just in car parks and at races... Money talks, so if you want something ask for it, the worst you'll get back is a no!

I remember going into a restaurant last year and on the way out asked the person serving the food how much for a piece of that cake? They answered 3.50euro for 1 slice... I said to them, "It's now 10pm and you guys close in less than 1 hour... would you like to sell the rest of the cake to me for 1euro?' THEY SOLD IT... They were throwing it in the bin and the girl serving it probably got a pat on the back when she told her boss, she got an extra 1euro for something that was being thrown out...

Don't conform to the sheep around you, don't let anyone put you down and don't be afraid to think of your own ideas... an idea is a powerful thing but only when it's applied.

They make you an admin of the page and you pay them the money and remove them as an admin. That's the way i'd do it. They keep their account as a page is a separate entity.

I just had some old tagged.com, twitter, facebook and I think okcupid or pof accounts.... I didn't put much thought into it, I just wanted some extra links and traffic, I just wanted the site to appear natural to google and hope maybe a few more people might start sharing the site... all in all I got very little traffic from doin that but my SERP's did improve alot...

In theory to google, if a website was any good at all, in any way, it would find links to the website from at least a few social network sites, where people would be recommending it to others.. It's now going to be apart of my general SEO strategy and I think over 2012 you'll see everybody doing this also.

I use the interspire mass mailer, I got it for free from the downloads section. I have it on a shared server, and I run it from a VPS because it's browser based. The software is worth $600 so rep the guy who uploaded it for free!

What I do is, I make the deal, then when we agree on the price, I pay them 50% by paypal... I then get them to make me admin. Once I'm made admin, I delete them as admin and the page is then mine 100%. After I delete them I keep my word and I send them the other 50%.

Isn't facebook complety saturated? When I tried this method 1 year ago ( buy a facebook with loads of likes and try to get them to my CPA offer ) it barely made any money because everyone was doing that.
