200,000 emails , phone numbers , names , ......

hello , i wasnt sure where to place the thread so i left it to the lounge rto decide what i should do...

i have a guy who can offer me, 200,000 names, addresses , emails , phone numbers etc.....

i know i should be doing cpa with them , but i do not know what to do .

i was thinking , email submits anything $1-$3 plus a content locker, but that is a far as i got ......

can anyone please tell me what to YOU would do if you had these ????

I'm interested to know how full details (name, email, phone, ...) can be monetized with CPA offers.
I don't know.

1... $1 email submit via email campaigns to start.
2... txting the mobiles for cpa opt in , mobile offers.
3... so on ..


the idea of the thread was to see what YOU would do if u had them details.

so you have a list of names and emails....

what is the niche of the list....

if you just have a ton of random emails.....
then it might be a useless list.

so...when these people gave their emails address....what did they think they were getting....

the lists came from an opt in well known uk mobile and broad band company.

so no one has any ideas of what to do with 200k names, addresses , emails , phone numbers, all uk ???

1. using the number in a 09 opt in service , yes or no ??
2. txt the people tro have them watch a video on the applience they just bought, content locker on it, so they need to do the cpa / survey to learn how deal with the applience should this happen, obviously it wont happen. is this viable , yes or no ??
3. doing a product review site, and directing the people to it, covered in cpa . amazon offers etc. yes or no ??
4. mobile offers , via opt in txt messaging , yes or no... ?

any one else like to offer anything or even tell me im right or qrong on the above, thx.
