$20 for your Help on VPS

I want to setup a VPS on multiple IP's for on mailing and private proxies. I have the server picked out, but I need help setting up the server for proxy use (cl posting etc) and mailing (with reccomendations on a mailer thru vps).

I think I got the mailing sorted out. I will just need host to have mailing port open.
So I think I need just setup for private proxy on VPS.
PM me your pricing if $20 doesnt cover it. Otherwise 1st $20 gets it.
